Chocolate Chunk Brownies
¾ c. cocoa
½ tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. melted butter
½ c. hot water
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. flour
¼ tsp. salt
1 c. chocolate chunks
powdered sugar
Pre-heat oven to 350°. Combine cocoa, baking soda, and 1/3 c. butter. Add water and stir until well-blended. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla, and the other 1/3 c. of butter. Mix in flour and salt. Stir in chocolate chunks. Pour batter into a greased 9×13-inch pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Sprinkle brownies with powdered sugar after they have cooled.
