bret took this image last night from our living room! he is amazing and has set up a system to control a telescope in delta, utah from anywhere and have everything run automatically so he can still get some sleep!

we drove out to utah lake last saturday just to walk around and spend some time outdoors. we took some photos of each other, the water, rocks, general scenery, and little birds! there are a ton of these little bright yellow birds everywhere!

to recap from last post, bret and his friends had come down to zion for the second time, and as they were leaving they invited us to come up to provo and visit them. i said that i would come, and a few other girls did too. three of us ended up going to provo [...]

bret and his friends decided to come back down to zion, and then go to st. george to a concert with the girls working at the zion resort. i was really, really, really excited. this was my chance to get to know bret better! the night they arrived, bret and i talked a little, but [...]

the family was in slc this weekend for general conference, so bret and i went up to see them and watch conference. =good. drey is…an anomaly. waiting for priesthood session to finish is sooo boring. enjoy the fruits of boredom:
