Weeks 35-39
Hopefully this is the last installment of monthly belly photos. I’m due tomorrow, so she should be here within the next week or two. And then this blog will be swamped with photos of the baby, not the belly!
I finished my last final this morning (and Bret finished on Saturday), so now we’re done with school. Until she comes, I really have nothing I need to do. Which is refreshing. (There are a lot of things I’ve been wanting to do, but haven’t had time, so don’t worry, I’m not just sitting around my apartment waiting.)
As far as pregnancy goes, there’s really not much to report. Things are just about the same as they’ve been for months. Honestly, I could probably be pregnant for a lot longer and physically do just fine. I haven’t reached the I-can’t-sleep-move-get-comfortable-or-do-anything stage, and I really don’t plan on ever reaching it. The only thing that is making me miserable is all the filthy pollen floating around.
It’s hard to tell, but if you look at the 39-week photo my belly is a little lower and less spherical. She’s sinking! I can still walk normally, but my hips and pelvic area definitely can tell someone is invading their space after a long active day.
She’s coming soon.
We’re excited.
