another dress

Here’s the dress that the last two posts have mentioned. Another free shirt put to good use. I added the little ruffle on the bottom to give it a little more oomph, although I think the tie in the back does that plenty well. I don’t know what the pattern people were thinking, but apparently they like big ties and bows. I made mine smaller, and I think it is still way too big. I might end up taking it out completely.
