random updates

B. has been gone since Monday (Hawaii, no less), and he is finally coming home tomorrow. Are we excited? Very much so. There is just something weird about being home with no one else but a squirmy bump-belly. We have been super busy, however, because we know once Daddy comes home, nothing will get done. (Life will be better, but nothing will get done this weekend. 99% guarantee.)

Time has been passing by so quickly, and I’m starting to get antsy. This baby is coming before I know it, and all needs to be ready! Not that there is a ton I really have to/can do, but it just feels good to know that I’m a little more prepared for her than I was the day before. Nesting instinct? I suppose so. I’ve been making plans for how we are going to fit a baby in our one-bedroom apartment, and hopefully by next week, we’ll have a spot for her and all her things. It’s actually looking more do-able than I originally thought. I also made another dress for her on Tuesday. I’m beginning to think that all I really am capable of making are jumper dresses. But if it works, don’t fix it.

The real reason for writing all of this is I have a 3 page proposal due tomorrow, and I really don’t want to work on it. English class is such a terror. Especially when it’s procrastinated.
